Comfortable bed but a strange smell lingered in the room.

Clean rooms and great location

I enjoyed my stay overall, especially because the location was perfect—conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for a good night's rest, including a hot shower. However, I think the hotel could improve by offering breakfast options for guests.

The shower pressure was awesome after a long day, and the overall cleanliness was impressive.

i stayed at the red roof inn for two nights and really enjoyed my visit. the staff was super friendly! the head of housekeeping was understanding and kind. i loved the shower pressure after a long day, and the location is close to newport news, which was a plus.

We loved visiting Busch Gardens for the roller coasters and Water Country USA for the water slides. The place is super convenient with lots of nearby restaurants. Just a heads up, the rooms could use a bit of a refresh, but overall we had a great stay!

We had an issue with the air conditioner. it didn’t work consistently which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Definitely something to keep in mind.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, but the room could have used a thorough cleaning and maintenance. I noticed stains and odors upon entering, which made the experience less pleasant. Despite the helpful staff, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired.

We had a great time visiting Busch Gardens, and the location was near enough for quick trips. Plus, our three dogs felt right at home, with plenty of outdoor spaces to walk them. The staff was very welcoming, making our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available in the hotel, like a pool or game room.

The staff were friendly and attentive. they efficiently assisted with my check-in process and provided useful information about the area. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable environment to finish my work tasks.

The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times, which caused some inconvenience during work.

The lodging was close to everything, super handy. My superior king room non-smoking had nice amenities like air conditioning and a microwave. Loved the shower pressure too.
